Who’s behind it

Martin Aadamsoo, CEO

For five years we’ve guided student-athletes and their families through U.S. college recruitment. We work with every student and their parents personally, leave no stone unturned, and put academics at the centre of each plan, because the strongest offers come when sport and grades point the same way. Along the way we’ve built a network across Ivy League, Division I and top Division III schools. Martin also knows the journey as a parent: he is the father of two student-athletes, one at an Ivy League university and one at a top-20 liberal arts college.

Every plan is built on data: each athlete’s results are compared with current U.S. college rosters, academic standards and each university’s own rules.

“A year ago, we could never have found the right direction on our own. The support and guidance were essential.”
Hannela, parent of a Harvard University track & field rising freshman
“It’s a great university with a great climate and location, a very strong track program, and a decent financial offer. I hope you will still be available if we need assistance placing our next child in college.”
Tarmo, parent of a Duke University track sophomore
“The whole recruitment process took me nine months, but it really paid off. Glad I didn’t have to do it alone.”
Villem, Hamilton College men’s tennis, junior
“I was way too late with my Division I applications, but somehow we made it just in time. How often do you get a full ride with perks on such short notice?”
Grete, University of Hawaii tennis, sophomore

Questions parents ask

What does it cost in total?

Each of the three stages has a fixed price, and you pay for a stage only when you decide to start it. We go through the prices on a free call, so you know the full cost before you commit. Test fees (SAT, TOEFL, Duolingo) and college application fees are paid directly to those organisations.

Athletic scholarship or financial aid: what’s the difference?

Athletic scholarships are limited by NCAA rules and each team’s budget, so many athletes get a partial scholarship that is combined with the university’s own financial aid. Full rides in Division I exist only in a few sports. Ivy League and Division III schools give no athletic scholarships but recruit athletes with financial aid. We help you compare the real cost of each offer.

What if my child isn’t recruited?

Stage 1 tells you honestly where your child stands against real college rosters before you spend more. After each stage you decide whether to continue, so you never pay for a stage that doesn’t make sense.

How much time does it take?

Plan for most of a school year. Recruiting peaks in grade 11, and applications are due in November of grade 12. Starting in grade 10 or early grade 11 gives the most options.

Who talks to the coaches?

Your child does, because coaches want to hear from the athlete directly. We prepare the emails, profile and videos, coach them for every call and interview, and help you weigh the offers.

How do you work with students under 18?

Always together with a parent or guardian. We don’t contact or meet minors without a parent involved: parents are copied on our messages, join our calls and sign the agreement. Personal data is handled under EU data-protection rules (GDPR) and used only for the recruitment process.

The full details

Our strategy, step by step
  1. Set your goal. We look at your strengths and why you want to study in the U.S., and agree on one main goal: competing at the highest level, improving as an athlete, or a scholarship-funded education.
  2. Build your target list. We analyse your academic and athletic results and build a list of 30 well-matched universities, with guidance on the tests you need (SAT, ACT, TOEFL or Duolingo English Test).
  3. Create your introduction materials. A professional athletic profile, athletic resume and performance videos that coaches actually watch.
  4. Reach out to coaches. You write to the coaches; we help you find the right ones, personalise every email, prepare you for interviews, follow up on time, talk to current team members and check what funding each team has. Then we assemble a pre-application package to secure first offers.
  5. Apply. You choose the best offer and we help you prepare the full application: transcripts, school background, essays, writing samples, recommendation letters, activities and family financial information, ready for the early deadline.
Scholarships explained

Athletic scholarships are limited by NCAA rules and by each university’s budget. A coach can offer a full scholarship or split it between several athletes, so most athletes receive a partial scholarship. A partial athletic scholarship can be combined with the university’s own financial aid.

Scholarships can cover your whole degree or be renewed each year. Aim for one that is guaranteed until graduation.

Ivy League and Division III schools give no athletic scholarships. They recruit athletes with financial aid instead, which can be just as generous. We help you compare the real cost of every offer.

What we do for you
  • Assess your academic fit (grades, test results, olympiads) and athletic level against our database of college results.
  • Analyse each target school’s team roster, coaching staff, financial aid, academic standards and facilities.
  • Set up and track a timeline for every stage.
  • Build your athletic profile and introduction videos, and keep them up to date.
  • Help you personalise every message to each coach.
  • Prepare you for interviews with coaches and team members.
  • Prepare academic and financial pre-application packages for admissions and financial aid offices.
  • Advise on essays and putting together your application.
  • Help you compare competing offers.
